By creating an account and using Arbor (including Arbor Faith and Arbor Youth), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Arbor is intended for Christian small groups and youth ministries. Users must be 13 or older. Users under 18 must use the app within a supervised ministry program under adult leadership. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Arbor is a private community app. All users must treat others with respect and dignity. We have zero tolerance for objectionable, harmful, or abusive content of any kind.
You may not post, share, or send content that is:
You may not use Arbor to bully, harass, stalk, or intimidate other users.
If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, use the in-app Report feature to flag it immediately. Reported content is reviewed and removed promptly. Repeat violations result in account removal.
You may block any user at any time. Blocking prevents that user from contacting you and removes their content from your view.
Arbor offers optional paid subscriptions for group leaders and churches. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the respective store's policies. We do not process or store payment card information directly.
Arbor uses AI to assist with Bible study, prayer prompts, and spiritual direction. AI responses are generated tools to support your faith journey — they are not a substitute for pastoral care, theological counsel, or Scripture itself. Always weigh AI suggestions against your own prayer, Scripture, and trusted community.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Arbor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbor and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Your use of Arbor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
